Prior to all services will do a 15 minute consultation to go over all your goals, needs, and interest to make sure we can provide you with the best value and service possible. I will travel as well on-site to do any services if needed to local business's, companies, households, beaches, and much more. We would meet virtually to determine if moving forward together is the right fit. One of the most critical aspects of personal training is determine if the relationship would be a good fit for both parties. I would like to learn more about you and your goals. I will use your fitness level, medical condition, past injuries, and your goals to develop a plan that works specifically for you. I would also answer any questions that you have.

We will work together to make sure we create a successful and sustainable plan for your journey to long-term health! Prior to our first time meeting, we will meet for a consultation to determine if it's a good compatible fit for a training relationship. We will discuss your goals, medical history and I will answer any questions you have.

Group workouts are a motivating great way to get and stay fit! This is a customized high intensity interval group training format that will be sure to help you achieve your goals, stay fit and have fun while doing it! This will be different for all locations and fit the needs of exactly who I'am serving.
